Maybe they do know why I fly.
After my Pittsburgh travel adventure (see below) I decided to be a bit of a squeaky wheel and send an email to American Airlines voicing my displeasure. They responded with quite a bit of 'grease' - in the form of 10,000 bonus miles.

I seem to remember some months ago when there was a thread right here about how to get more people commenting on the posts.
